You agree not to impersonate or substitute your identity with another person or use an alias, and that you are not presently incarcerated.  You agree not to transmit any sexually offensive; racially offensive; drug related (use or sale); threatening; harmful; abusive; vulgar; obscene or otherwise objectionable written material of any kind including but not limited to ‘spam', junk mail or business inquiries.

You agree not to place any photos in your ad/profile that are sexually provocative or offensive.  You agree not to place last name; home address; telephone number or any other personal information in your ad/profile that compromises your anonymity until you voluntarily choose to do so in future with other members.  Beyond this, any voluntary disclosure of personal information between members is their sole responsibility and releases Romanticdatings.com from any and all future liability.
